Permitted Use

Editorial and nominative reference to Kevin French's work - including journalism, academic research, business commentary, and book reviews - is permitted provided the marks are used accurately to identify the source and are not used in a manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or competing commercial use. The mark must appear with the appropriate ™ or ® designation when used in connection with the relevant category.

Prohibited Use
